The room - delux - was luxuriously comfortable, the staff extremely courteous and the location right next to the very large SM Mall.
The interior lobby is palatial in size. With the bar and coffee lounge at the edges of a vast expanse of black and dark brown marble, it lacks the intimacy feel that some might prefer.

Excellent city centre location.Good size rooms. Front desk service excellent.
This is the worst 5 star hotel I have stayed in.The original room was overpowered by a terrible smell from the drains which must have been obvious to the housekeeping staff! We arrived around 9pm and went for dinner where the staff were clearly not pleased as they were setting up for breakfast! Miserable faces, huddling and talking in groups, when I asked for the manager he was not available- therin lies the problem. One bright spot was the front office manager who listened attentively to my complaints and fixed us a new room and clearly spoke to the restaurant staff who were surrounding me the next day with over fussy service. The pool was dirty with visible mould on the sides and floating in the water. No pool, attendant or drinks service despite sitting for over an hour! The spa massage was nice but there was no hot water as they forgot to switch it on and the steam room as not working and very dirty! In summary a nice looking but poorly managed hotel.

I enjoyed everything, my entire stay at the Radisson Blu was a great experience. The room was beautiful, wonderful bathroom, the food was great, the building itself is a work of art, inside and out. I must say, the one thing that stood out for me more than anything else during my stay there was the staff ability and drive to make sure that I, as a customer, was very comfortable, happy staying there, and had everything needed for a luxurious stay. I definitely plan to make Radisson Blu my hotel of choice on my next visit to Cebu, Philippines.

It is a great place to stay on a business trip or on holidays. From the airport it only takes about 30 minutes to get there by taxi. The hotel is located near the harbour and next to a big shopping mall. The hotel, the rooms and the service is excellent.
The hotel is located next to a very busy street. Therefore it can be a bit noisy at the pool.

Convenient location very near the center of cebu city, elegant style building. Just next door to the SM mall which provides many dining and snack options as well, stores and restaurants and airport and port area and the Cebu island. Good snacks, sushi, salads and small meals in the lobby bar.

We went on snorkeling trips to nearby islands and relaxed on beautiful beaches. The spacious rooms were great, and the staff were super friendly. Plus, the hotel is right next to popular spots for shopping and dining, made everything so easy.
One downside was that housekeeping didn't provide enough towels for our group. We had to ask for extras each day, a bit annoying.

The hotel is near shopping center. Also near city, so close to other facilities.
The pool is nice, but close to highly traficked roads, so it was to noise.

Comfortable, secure and overall well appointed
All or nothing lighting in rooms. Slow intermittent internet (although could be a Cebu issue generally)
